Finance, Risk & Governance Executive | PE-Backed & Public Companies | Board & Audit Committee Advisor

Malgorzata is a strategic finance executive with over 20 years of international experience across the pharmaceutical, automotive, and Big Four audit sectors. She has led Finance, Audit, Procurement, and IT functions for publicly listed and private equity–backed organizations, driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and strategic growth. Her work has taken her to Paris, London, and the United States, and she has collaborated with teams in Japan, India, and Australia: experiences that have shaped her global mindset and strategic vision.

Throughout her career, Malgorzata has worked closely with Boards and Audit Committees, bringing deep expertise in pharma/biotech and manufacturing finance, risk, governance, and EU–US business alignment. At Brentwood Advisory Group, she advises companies navigating transformation, particularly in private equity, M&A, and pre-IPO contexts. Her work includes pre- and post-deal engagements, governance and internal audit build-outs, enterprise risk management, and strengthening Board and Audit Committee reporting. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and boards, known for her strategic, data-driven approach and strong communication skills.

Malgorzata began her career in investment banking at Natixis Bleischroeder before moving to Big Four audit at KPMG and PwC, where she worked with private and publicly listed clients ranging from $100m to $1bn+ across consumer, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors. Her experience also includes financial governance and internal controls within Nissan Europe, a $10bn+ regional business at the time, working closely with Japanese headquarters and finance teams based in India.

She subsequently served as Global Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management for a $400m Swiss-based pharmaceutical company, reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board and contributing to major legal and tax restructuring initiatives. Her final executive role within the group was Regional Head of Finance, Procurement, and IT, with direct P&L responsibility for three manufacturing and commercial pharmaceutical facilities in the United States and Canada.

Malgorzata holds a PhD from Télécom SudParis (Institut Mines-Télécom) and is a Chartered & Certified Accountant (ACCA). She is a member of the Private Directors Association® and has served as an Advisory Board Member of an international parents’ association supporting bilingual education at the Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye in France.
