He has diversified accomplishments in senior management positions in multi-national corporations and as a respected management consultant to the energy, chemicals, clean-tech, environmental services and process industries.

A thought leader in market driven strategies, Bruce has advised clients on an array of business challenges including, portfolio assessments, geographic expansion strategies, operational excellence, new product and market development, pricing & margin management, sales force effectiveness, organization design and business transformation. For the investor community, including private equity and lenders, Bruce has conducted scores of technical and commercial due diligence assignments for projects with transaction values ranging from $30 million to over a billion dollars.

Bruce has extensive international experience, having served clients in diverse markets on nearly every continent. During his career, Bruce has held positions in both publicly traded corporations and middle market companies as Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, Principal at a global consultancy, Senior Partner of a management consultancy, Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President & General Manager and Managing Director, Europe Africa and the Middle East. He has been on the senior management teams of two successful private equity owned enterprises.

Bruce earned his B.A. in biological sciences from the University of Denver and is a graduate of Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business Executive MBA program. He began his career at Union Carbide Corporation and progressed into senior executive roles at successor companies, including OSi Specialties, Witco and Crompton Corporation.
