Doug has developed and implemented strategies that grew revenue, broadened customers and minimized cost while driving profit. He has extensive Sales and Marketing experience in many channels including Industrial, Retail, Dealers, OEM’s, Aerospace, Electronics and Automotive Aftermarket.

Doug has run a variety of public and privately held businesses ranging in size from start-ups to mid- market. His experience includes resurrecting an out of business, bankrupt company from the ground up and developing the plans/strategies around new buildings, equipment, people, processes and the commercial vision for success. Doug has also developed and executed new strategies for stagnant businesses and delivered tremendous growth in both top line revenue and bottom line profitability.
Doug’s extensive commercial leadership has resulted in dramatic sales and profit increases due to his ability to build high performance teams and maximize the sales effectiveness of the organization. He has led sales and marketing teams through a defined New Product Development Process and a focused strategy to realize tremendous results for organizations.
