Jim’s focus has been leading and advising technology driven businesses with a mandate for new / renewed product driven growth, operational and process improvements, post M&A integration and ecosystem partnership development. His experience includes extensive international work particularly in strategic partnering for product co-development, co-marketing, and co-manufacture in Europe and the Middle East. Applying his expertise in operations management and improvement, systems engineering, competitive strategy, and strategic partnering, his leadership has consistently delivered results while mentoring and advancing the next generation of talent. Jim has also completed several classes and served as executive in residence at University of Chicago Business Booth School of Business executive development programs.
