Rob has over 25 years of technology leadership experience that spans multiple industries in manufacturing, distribution, retail, insurance, and technology. His proven expertise in aligning information technology with global business strategies has enabled organizations to explore opportunities and market investments beyond traditional plans and offerings.

Rob has led four turnaround and business enabling global technology transformations, resulting in streamlining of operations, tremendous cost savings ranging from $1 – $5 million, while creating opportunities for business growth through new market initiatives, and better local/global collaboration. His partnership with sales and marketing teams led to the delivery of various digital initiatives in B2C/B solutions, mobile apps, cloud CRM & marketing investments, resulting in 2-5% direct sales contribution. He has managed numerous business efficiency initiatives in hardware and software re-architecture, global ERP implementations/consolidations, vendor negotiations, and IT staff/skills realignment, critical in servicing dynamic markets & global customer expectations.

Rob was recently the CIO at Fellowes Brands, a privately owned and operated midsize company, and a global manufacturer and distributor of business and consumer products, with 17 global offices. Prior to Fellowes, Rob was CIO at The Pampered Chef, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Other roles include CIO at CompuSystems Inc. a privately-owned technology company, VP of Enterprise Application Development at PE (Vestar) backed manufacturer Solocup, VP at UK-based distributor Premier Farnell, and Ebix.com, a publicly traded and VC (Coral Ventures) backed Insurance / brokerage technology company.

Rob has an Electrical Engineering Degree from Beirut Institute of Technology – Lebanon, and a Diploma in Business Computing / Computer Science from Auckland University of Technology – New Zealand.
