Ron Moskal is President of The HR Project Group, Deerfield, Illinois, a national recruiting and consulting firm. The firm provides technical expertise in Human Resources Management at the corporate, division, and plant levels in the United States and international operations. Ron drives people practices in recruitment, leadership development, employee relations, training, organizational design, compensation, diversity, and safety. He is a coach to executive management engaging organizations in meeting their strategic goals and avoiding risk. Ron has worked across numerous industries including pharmaceutical, medical, high tech, oil, automotive, office products, and consulting industries. He has represented owners on site with investment groups and realtors.

Ron’s extensive Human Resources work experience includes corporate and division positions at Searle Pharmaceutical Company, Monsanto, Tenneco Corporate, and various divisions of Ford Motor Company including the controller’s office in Dearborn, Michigan. He has managed company start-ups, plant closings, major recruiting expansions, and designed and directed organizational realignments, reduction-in-force and culture change.

Ron earned both his B.S. and MBA in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Detroit-Mercy. He has completed various advanced courses in Compensation at the University of Michigan and is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – Step ll.
